Another three months has past and three student intakes later, we have another 9 students that completed their Certificate in Master Cake Decorating Course.I am delighted to introduce those students to you today and also write a little bit more about them.
You will probably remember my blog in July about our previous Graduation Ceremony at DV Artisan Chocolates on The Spice Route in Paarl.We couldn’t resist not to do our second ceremony for the year again at this very popular and charming Chocolatier House.Do make an outing for a day and visit them for Chocolate tastings, a tour or simply indulge in a pure dark chocolate drink at their newly renovated coffee house.

The Certificate course that the students follow takes place over a period of 5 – 6 weeks. All classes is theory based with Practical assignments that offers them the skilled training that you would need to ensure a professional end product.They can later then further their studies in following an advance piping class or enrolling for our Certificate in Patisserie Fundamentals which will start in January 2014.
It has been an absolute delight to have the groups here again for their ceremony.Our next two intakes for October and November will have their Ceremony on the 14th of December.Until next time, keep baking! 🙂
