In 2014 our Patisserie students participated in the ClemenGold National School’s Challenge. Achieving second and third place in the competition. Melani Contreras, taking second place, with a delicious Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake.
Kayla Coraizin, taking third place, with a perfect Chocolate Fondant complemented with Sorbet, Cocoa Crumble and Clementime candied fruit.
This year once again we are arranging another team to enter and invite all our Patisserie, as well as our cake decorating students to participate.
The baking day and first round will be held at La Petite Patisserie on the 31st of July 2015. The recipes as well as photos of your product will be entered via us and the judges will inform you if your dish has hit top 3. Making it to the next round.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your talent and business.
